Secure hanging issues
Last year we hung an outdoor clock on our covered patio. On the back it had what I would call an up-side-down keyhole where you hang it on a substantial nail and it slides down into the smaller part of the keyhole. Seemed quite secure.
We live in NM with summer winds, and even though the clock is well protected, it was blown down and of course that was the end of that clock.
In an answer to another question, you mentioned special hanging for stucco applications. Would that help with winds?
