Does this work with Facetime? Does it dock with the protective cover on?Can the sound be turned off?
Yes it does work with facetime. The iPad needs to be removed from any type of cover before it can be placed into the dock. Yes there is a volume control, which you need to be aware of incase you are using it for an alarm.
