Perfect product. Synced with my iPhone. It is loud in the shower even with an exhaust fan running. The speaker has a warm base sound. Great audio. Everyday all i need to do is turn on my iPhone and select the audio source then turn on the iShower and it connects without any other selection on the iphone or the ishower.
I use it with music, podcasts, public radio app...
The back stand has no restraint so it will not stay up on a smooth surface but not a big deal since you can mount on the wall. I actually use the wall mount as a stand.

How does this device hang in the shower?
It comes with a quality mount that sticks to the shower wall. I did not mount it. I have a shelf on which I laid the wall mount down and put the iShower into it. Does the trick. The speaker is in the back. The walllmount suspends the iShower an inch away from the wall.

On the iShower Bluetooth Portable Speaker, we see an 07 on the image. Is this a timer/is there a clock/timer built into it?
There is a clock built in. You need to press the button to see the time. It blanks out after a couple of seconds. There is no timer. The device will auto shutoff after 5 minutes of no bluetooth audio.
