This item was not comparable with the iPad 3 because it had the thirty pin connector instead of the lightening pin connector. Disappointed. Customer service was very helpful and courteous. Will buy from this company again . Great service. Thank you.

What was sent to me was the 30 pin connector. I have the IPad 3 . It did not if. Had to return it.
