I purchased 22 of the 6ft strands of garland for Christmas 2010, so I consider myself an authority on this product.
I had used real greenery for years and it was getting harder and harder to find. Plus I had to wrap several strands together to actually get garland, everything fresh was roping not garland.
The garland arrived each in its own box which was great for storage. The garland was much, much better than pictured and I can say my house looked just as good as the Frontgate mansions with my beautiful garland. Then last Christmas 3 of the 22 garlands had a section of lights go out. As the ad says these are commercial lights and I had only had them on for 60 hours total since receiving them, and had them under covered porches. After using all the light bulbs that came with all 22 strands of greenery I was finally able to get the 3 working again. This year I take them out of their storage boxes and 7 of them do not work!!! Two of the 7 have no working lights. We have gone through each and every light trying to get them to come on and we were able to get 1 of the strands fully lit. Two of them will have to go out with partial lights and 2 we can not use.
THIS IS ridiculous........quality greenery, defective, short life lights.

Is the Majestic Pre-lit Garland on the mantle 6ft or 9ft ?
The pictured one is 9 foot. I ordered two 6 foot ones for mine and it connects in the middle and goes to the floor on both sides, with some swag off the mantle. I get tons of compliments on it. It really makes the room! I have white wood work and an antique fireplace painted white and ordered the frosted garland. People just stop and stare...its that gorgeous! I swag the garland off the front of the fireplace with push pins and wire. Even though its very heavy it will stay there because its also very bendable so you can bend it to curl over the edges of the mantle. Takes about 6 push pins for me. I have silvered mercury glass birds and antique mercury glass bead garland and mercury glass candle holders with silver candles, that I intersperse with the garland on the mantle. Its my favorite Christmas decoration! Worth every penny!
