I am extremely pleased with the two Classic Window Swags I purchased! The greenery is realistic, and they look terrific outside, day or lit at night. The white lights are bright and the swags installed easily. I plugged them inside and had no problem whatsoever. Also, customer service at Frontgate is excellent.

Can this be used safely outdoors when exposed to wind, rain & snow?
yes. I live in New Jersey. It has rained, snowed and been very windy and it is just fine.

Should the Clasic Window Swag sit on the outside window ledge or hang over the ledge?
The swag sits outside on the window ledge, not hanging. The ribbon (which looks like you should be hanging it!) is to anchor with the closed window.

How do you affix the swags? Our windows don't open, will that work?
you need a way to anchor the swag to the windowsill. There is a ribbon, so perhaps you can nail the ample ribbon to a surface
