These are the most comfortable bar stools I have ever sat in. The fact they were 'thinly' padded worried me but the thigh support, back support and even the firm padding, though initially not 'plush' is nevertheless more comfortable for long periods of sitting than a thick cushy seat would be. My home office is sitting at a counter and this is my all day home office chair.

what is the maximum seat height this bar stool will go up to?
Lowest seat height is 22", highest is 32" and the lift mechanism is very smooth
