Lightweight but not flimsy. Seconds to assemble. No kinking. Retracts like a dream. 100 feet of hose in a compact portable reel. Has a compartment to house hose attachements--no more searching for nozzles. You need never touch or trip over a wet, muddy hose again. I would improve it only by allowing customers the choice of a left or right hose connection.

is there a wheel lock for this unit so it does not roll around while you are trying to use it?
No, but not to worry--the unreeling process is so smooth that the reel assembly does not move an inch--even when you are across the yard and still pulling.
