Great addition to my exercise room to easily turn it into a guest room. When they leave it is easy to close and store in closet. No more having family sleeping on Inflatable mattresses on the floor.

Easy to put together. It was larger than I thought it would be. It holds large pillows from firepit (8 total), plus 8 thick chair cushions, 8 thin ones and some pool floats. The look with the cover is very nice. It will be in a covered area so I won't have to worry about the rain. I wouldn't think it would do to well in the rain.

Can you store your furniture cushions outside with your covers all winter long or should you store the cushions inside and just cover the frames?
Having never bought furniture covers before, we are not sure that the cushions should stay outside with the metal furniture even with covers on them...
I tried that when I lived in Chicago and I thought they smelled musty when we opened it up in the spring. After that I always stored the cushions in the garage.

What weight can this hold? & Is product suitable for desert?
Not sure but I have 8 large cushions from a firepit set. 8 large seat cushions. 8 thin cushions and pool floats and there is still some room. The bin has wheels and I can easily move it around. I would think it would be fine for the desert. The light color shouldn't change with the sun.

Is this weather/snow proof
I would say no there are openings on side for handles. The fabric is heavy and my guess is water resistant but not water proof. I have mine on a covered porch. It is pretty large so if you have a big garage it might fit inside . I would check measurements because I was surprised by the size.......but it holds everything from my patio so I was very pleased.

Weather Proof
Can you leave this outside with your cushions in it all winter in the snow and ice with the cushions in it and will it protect the cushions all winter?
I have mine on a covered porch. I would say weather resistant but not water proof.

How many Chaise lounge cushions can this hold?
I would think that you could get 4 or 5 depending on the thickness.

I understand that the storage unit is very roomy. If the entire capacity wasn't required, could you use half and collapse the other half?
No the bar on the bottom would prevent that.
