It might not be for everyone, but it works perfectly for me. My goal was to have a speaker in the shower so I didn't have to blast music at high volumes in the bathroom for me to be able to hear, but could be heard throughout the house. I mostly listen to podcasts and talk radio with it and they sound fine. I don't listen to much music, but when I have it is okay quality, but would never satisfy an audiophile. Also At high volumes the sound quality will start to break down.
Pros: Appearance, Durability

How does this device hang in the shower?
It comes with a mount, but I have not used it. There are also holes on the back of it that can be used to hang it like a picture. If you look at the stand (in the back) in the picture...it swings all the way up and can be used to hand it as well. I use that to hang it on a shower curtain hook.

On the iShower Bluetooth Portable Speaker, we see an 07 on the image. Is this a timer/is there a clock/timer built into it?
There is not a timer that I am aware of, but to be honest I didn't read the directions. There is a clock. The 7 that you see is the volume level. I believe it goes as high as 10.
